Limited Warranty for Omni Cubed® Products & Accessories

MANUFACTURER LIMITED WARRANTY

Omni Cubed warranties products and accessories for a period of ONE YEAR from the original date of purchase (i.e. receipt or invoice date). This warranty covers all defects in workmanship and materials arising only under normal usage. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have additional rights applicable to this warranty.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED?

This warranty does not cover malfunctions, failures, or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, alteration, lack of proper maintenance, normal wear and tear, modifications or repairs performed by entities other than Omni Cubed authorized service personnel, use under unusual stresses such as exceeding weight capacities, or not following product maintenance or assembly instructions.

HOW WILL WE FIX IT?

We will either replace the product/accessory, or repair any defects in workmanship or materials, at our option, free of charge. If a product/accessory needs to be returned to Manufacturer at any time, the retail purchaser is responsible for all shipping expenses unless otherwise provided by Manufacturer.

PARTS and/or LABOR CHARGES

Purchaser is responsible for replacement parts, labor charges, and shipping costs after warranty expiration or in all cases when the damaged or failed part has resulted from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, alteration, lack of proper maintenance, or modification/repair performed by an entity other than Omni Cubed authorized service personnel.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE

To acquire warranty services or determine warrantability, please contact Omni Cubed Customer Service (omnicubed.com/contact.php). If Omni Cubed determines that a return is necessary, you will need to return the item(s) along with documentation of the assigned CSR (customer service return) number, shipping expenses prepaid. Please note that returns will not be processed without a valid CSR number; CSR numbers expire 30 days from the date of issuance. Manufacturer shall not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit, and recommends fully insuring the shipment.

We reserve the right to make changes to this warranty. Any changes to this warranty will be posted.


Limited Warranty for Omni Cubed® Replacement Parts

MANUFACTURER LIMITED WARRANTY

Omni Cubed warranties replacement parts for a period of 90 DAYS from the original date of purchase (i.e. receipt or invoice date). This warranty covers all defects in workmanship and materials arising only under normal usage. This warranty applies only  to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have additional rights applicable to this warranty.
